For the mover who needs a little challenge. Each week is different. Class kicks off with a mix of drills, repetition and juicy combo phrases to help build strength, agility and flow. Expect to sweat. By the end of each session we finish with a short routine focused on rhythms and groove combinations.
This is a mixed-level class, if you are a beginner and not sure if this is for you, get in touch.
DOUBLE CLASS PASS: You’re very welcome to join me for both classes back-to-back and make it a 2.5-hour weekly dance mini marathon. And trust me, the time flies! Starting with the 6pm Beginner groovedclass, a 15 minute break and then at 7:15pm, we turn it up for the open level.
Please note: class sign-ups are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend any of the dates, you are welcome to gift your spot to someone else to attend in your place.
